The house has a game room, fireplace, television, internet and a fire pit outside. Linens are provided. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 to 7 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 10 AM.

Enjoy the sounds of the rushing water or amazing views from the 3-level deck. Take long walks down the dirt road looping through an enchanted pine forest and visit the horses grazing in the pasture. Spend your time relaxing and exploring the summer camp like vibe on property or visit many of the surrounding attractions. There is so much to do. We are minutes away from Scaly Mountain Outdoor Center and Highlands Aerial Park. Minutes from Highlands! Wild and scenic. Location, location, location! Amazing location for all the Highlands Plateau has to offer!!! Convenient to Sky Valley, Clayton, Dillard, Franklin, and Highlands. Easy access from 106/Dillard Road.
