The room was adequate for our needs and they did let us keep our 70# Golden Doodle for no additional charge, which was a bonus. They did have coffee, so on a no frills budget Red Roof supplied our needs.

Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend. Great and easy with the dog and the staff were all very friendly. It was the cleanest RR we’ve ever stayed in. A+!

Friendly staff, plenty of space outside the hotel to walk the dog and a decent continental breakfast. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. Definitely would stay at on our way through again.

We stayed here for one overnight stay on our way through this area on a road trip.
Some Pros:
-Nice grassy area for dogs to use the bathroom
-Side door for easy access in and out of the building
-Our room was on the ground floor
-Comfy beds
-Very cheap and affordable
-Friendly staff
-Within a mile of so many stores and restaurants!
-Bathroom was up to date and the cleanest part of the roomSome Cons:
-Room smelled heavily of smoke and marijuana
-Room was not very clean overall
-There was old food in the microwave that was never cleaned out
-Fridge did not work for my daughter’s milk and juice
-You could hear lots of banging, walking, talking, TV, etc all throughout the night
-Water pressure for shower not great at all
-Floors are hard wood for easy clean up, but our dog had trouble walking on them (just a personal con)Overall, would stay here again for a quick overnight stay, but wouldn’t stay for longer than that!

- MeganMore than a year agoGreat for dogs, less great for humans
Overall, the rooms we rented were ok for one night on each end of our road trip pass through. They were great for having the dogs but the hotel could really use some love.
Pros:
- great location
- friendly, kind staff
- no carpet in rooms (in case of pet accident)
- pretty comfortable beds
- most rooms have a fridge and microwave
- nice grass available for dog bathroom breaks
- free breakfast (mostly carbs so be aware of that if you’re on a special eating plan)
- lots of tv channelsCons:
- not very clean (remote covered in wax
- smelly rooms (mostly smoke)
- broken room or missing room components (smoke detector, microwave, battery cover for remote, etc)
- stained chair fabric and bed comforters
- no window screens (beware if you have small children - the windows do open)
