Location, location, location and much more! Perfectly located in Bretton Woods with magnificent views of the ski slopes, this StoneHill home is luxurious yet comfortable at the same time, and with rare amenities such as a hot tub, you may just not want to leave! Built on 3 levels, the house has a large open floor kitchen/living/dining room which is perfect for large groups and multiple families. A second living room downstairs offers additionally flexibility for entertainment, and the 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 12!

Master Bedroom: Located on the second floor and features a King bed with private bathroom and Jacuzzi tub and shower. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom #2: Located on the second floor and features a Queen bed with private bathroom. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom #3: Located on the lower level and features 2 Full beds. Sleeps 4.
Bedroom #4: Located on the lower level and features 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds. Sleeps 4.
Bathroom #1: Located in the master and features a Jacuzzi tub and shower.
Bathroom #2: Full bath located in Guest Bedroom #1.
Bathroom #3: Half bath located on the main floor.
Bathroom #4: Full bath located on the lower level.
Kitchen: Modern cabinets and fully stocked for all your cooking needs! Offers a coffee maker, granite countertops and a large and stylish breakfast bar that seats 6!
Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with large dining table that seats 6 and comfortable furniture that surrounds the beautiful wood burning stone fireplace. Views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes from every window and access to the back deck for additional outdoor dining.
Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living/entertaining area with a TV and access to the back yard and hot tub!
Outdoor Area: Back deck accessed from main level living area for extra dining and outdoor grill provided. Access to the flat back yard from lower level and views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes from the hot tub!
Extra Features: Free high speed wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer, linens/towels provided and pets friendly!
Please note: This Home does not have AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed. Fans are provided
- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!
-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
