The house has a television, internet, air conditioning and a fenced yard for Fido to enjoy! Linens are provided. Beach towels, chairs, and kayaks/canoes are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 10 AM.

Lakefront Retreat with Private Dock & Kayaks Near Oaks Beach Park
Lake vibes throughout this open floor plan home, including kitchen with island and breakfast bar. Comfy family room with deep relaxing couch, reclining chair and lake décor throughout. For your enjoyment the home has 3 big screen TVs, a pool table, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat and a fire pit. Amazing lake views from kitchen, family room and master bedroom . Bird feeders attract various species of birds. Fish right off the private dock and park your boat and other water toys on the water or in the spacious driveway. Enjoy the evening on the covered porch with a glass of wine, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, or gazing at the stars on the hammock. Enjoy the many wineries nearby including Napa Valley only an hours drive away.

Wash all dishes. Throw out all garbage. Recycle only empty cans, bottles and clean cardboard in the recycling can. All else goes in garbage can. No pizza boxes or plastic bags in blue can. All linens and towels used should be placed on floor in laundry area.
