Holiday home "Booted cat" in the lake Ferienpark Kirchheim / Rotkäppchen- / Nordhessen- / Bergland
The house is located in a well maintained holiday home park in the northern Hessian mountains. With its almost opaque property, the house is located on the lake side. From here it is only about 600 m. to the beach.
The very well maintained and very tastefully furnished holiday home offers with 3 bedrooms enough sleeping facilities for families. A climate split unit in winter heats the house and can cool in the summer.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with various accessories that convey a stylish comfort, so you feel immediately when entering the house immediately. The property is planted all around and therefore in summer, when everything is green, almost opaque.
On the ground floor is the entrance with porch and wardrobe and the spacious living room with fireplace. From there you get to a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. In addition, on the upper floor, a large balcony invites you to relax and below the ground floor a beautiful terrace. Both bedrooms in the DG each have their own balcony access (south). From here you can let your eyes wander over the entire holiday park.
The shower room is timelessly bright.
The leisure park Seepark Kirchheim invites both for relaxing lying on the bay (sand) as well as exciting water skiing at the existing facility there.
The water ski facility has an orbit of 700 m. Up to 16 runners can be pulled across the water at the same time. The speed is infinitely controllable from 20 - 64 km / h and thus adaptable to beginners or experts. The "pros" can try out in slalom or on the ski jump.
The lake has a good water quality, so that swimmers get their money. Anglers (with license) can indulge their hobby even after approval in the lake. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or a leisurely stroll!
Numerous hiking trails start directly in the area. A hiking parking lot as a starting point for interesting hiking tours has been newly designated.
The on-site hotel offers a restaurant and a lakeside terrace.
A golf course is about 4 km away.
Volleyball, badminton, mini golf, bike rental, trampoline, adventure playgrounds and tennis courts complete the range of leisure activities.

In Kirchheim about 5 km away you will find everything you need for daily life: various supermarkets, bakeries and butchers, as well as various restaurants. Bargain hunters will also find the outlets of Puma Lloyd and Trigema in Kirchheim.
In summer, the nearby open-air swimming pool in Kirchheim provides a refreshing dip, where both swimming enthusiasts and children will get their money's worth.
In winter, the Bad Hersfelder water park (about 18 km away) with a slide, brine bath, sauna world and children's pool is at your disposal.
The ski vacationers will find in 15 km distance two alpine runs with lift on the Eisenberg (636 m.) The highest mountain in the Knüllgebirge. The Eisenberg offers wonderful winter fun with cross-country ski trails (cross-country trails) and a toboggan run. Around the Eisenberg is an ideal hiking area.
