Journey through time to Bessie’s Landing in Jefferson, Texas. This charming cottage is located in the City’s Historic District and is ideally suited for a weekend get-a-way or long term stay. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 3), 1 bathroom, private entrance, WiFi, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a beautifully decorated living area. Bessie's Landing is a 2 ½ hour drive from Dallas and an hour drive from Shreveport. Adjacent to the cottage is the main house which was built in 1857 and Guests are welcome to tour. Most attractions are within walking distance and include:
