The first room was on the 3rd floor. My wife and I are both handicapped, and the elevator didn’t work. Then the TV, phone and the refrigerator didn’t work. After much haggling we got one of their handicap rooms. The second room was fine.

I would give no bones if I could! Two nights of a 5 night stay & they kicked us out telling us that it was because we hadn’t told them we had pets, that our pets were running around in the room & not crated, & barking while we were out. We crate our dogs & in 12 years of traveling with us, they have never barked. That was the 1st lie because I had told them we had two small dogs when we made the reservation 6 months earlier. The 2nd lie was when she said that they had told us the day before that we had to leave today, but no one had contacted us at any time about any problems whatsoever. And on top of that, the place was filthy inside & out. All in all, as a 15-year customer I will never stay here again!

Rooms are not all that clean. I wouldn't use the tub and the bathroom sink would not drain. Bulbs were either missing or burned out in some lamps and the remote did not work. Had to unplug the TV just to get it to turn off.
