Welcome to Pebble Palace! Our beautiful, OCEANFRONT home is comprised of 3 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths, panoramic ocean views & a hot tub! Located in the lovely town of S Caspar, just a 5 minute drive from Mendocino Village! Walk to the beach, hiking trails & lighthouse! Pebble Palace is perfect for guests on romantic getaways, wine country trips, beach getaways, wine country trips or families that desire the amenities of a hotel but with the space of a home right in the ocean. Why stay anywhere else on your trip to the ocean then in a beautiful oceanfront home? Listen to the waves crash right from your back deck! The lovely town of Caspar is the perfect location for your trip to the coast! It's so close to Mendocino village and it's many delicious restaurants and fine shops. Caspar Beach is less than ½ mile walk from the property offering kayak, paddle & surfboards rentals and the most popular surf break in the area! The Point Cabrillo Historic State Park side trail entrance is also just a short walk away allowing you easy access to explore the iconic lighthouse and its many hiking trails. Thanks to its location on a stunning stretch of the Northern California Coast, this home is a perfect destination for hikers, beach-combers, and outdoor enthusiasts of all stripes. Take a morning stroll to the historic Point Cabrillo Light Station, which sits on the shores of the Point Cabrillo State Marine Reserve. Walk your dog to Caspar beach. Pebble Palace is a haven for travelers who want to enjoy the best location that the Mendocino Coast has to offer. Every detail beckons its guests to get cozy and forget about the world outside, from it's stunning setting and majestic views of the ocean to it's well appointed amenities. Amenities include a hot tub on the deck with ocean views, an inside jacuzzi tub, a gas fireplace in the living room, an ocean-view kitchen, 3 comfy bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room and family room and so much more! Relax in front of a romantic fireplace and watch the sun set over the ocean. Curl up in one of the many seats in the home that look out onto the immediate and towering ocean view afforded to you. Toast your champagne from the ocean view hot tub. Whatever you need for your dream vacation, Pebble Palace has it and more!

The home features an open-concept kitchen and family room with a large center island, sunny breakfast-nook, formal dining room, built-in bookcases and cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen opens onto a sunny and bright living room with a wall of glass windows that sparkle in the sunshine and overlook the ocean. There is a formal dining room and an attached living room with cable TV. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features soaring ocean views, a separate sitting area, a large attached bath with an ocean-view jacuzzi bathtub and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms feature updated decor and furnishings and comfy Queen beds. They share a jack-and-jill bathroom with walk-in shower. But the true beauty of Pebble Palace lies in its gorgeous outdoor spaces, which include a large lawn and a spacious deck that were designed for entertaining. Fire up the gas grill each evening, pull a bottle from the wine fridge in the kitchen, and enjoy the lovely sunset view from the deck. After a long day exploring, relax in the private outdoor hot tub.

There is so much to do in Mendocino! Head just a few miles south to spend the day in the town of Mendocino, a quaint seaside colony home to lovely art galleries, charming restaurants, and the scenic Mendocino Headlands State Park. Driving north, you'll reach downtown Fort Bragg, where you can taste a few local beers at North Coast Brewing Company or hunt for treasures on the colorful shores of Glass Beach. Visit the many famous wineries in Anderson Valley! Therein so much to do in this charming area!

Also, our property is pet friendly so you don't have to leave your furriest family members at home! BUT PLEASE NOTE: We do charge an extra $75 pet fee per booking PER PET. If you are staying longer than a week, then the pet fee is $75 per week per pet. So please tell me if you are traveling with pets prior rot booking if you are traveling with more than 1 pet.
