Helpful, if overworked staff. My primary complaint is the location -- wedged in between two busy hwy/streets and surrounded by every big-box store. A desert.

They gave us a tiny room with a miniscule bathroom. Would not change us to a handicap accessible room as we had requested - said dogs were not allowed in handicap accessible rooms. Did not provide breakfast. Even the TV didn't work.

No trouble with the dog, but several with the general service at this lodging. Room was not ready on time, room keys did not work smoothly, breakfast was so late we had to leave without eating. All this in a rather costly facility. Will never return.

I checked the sheets as this place was quite dirty (carpet, stained bath tub, lots of dust) and, of course, there was hair from an animal all through the sheets on one bed. And it didn’t belong to our animal. Price was too high for the lack of quality accommodations. I am prepared to put up with dust and an unclean tub, but not changing the sheets is unforgivable. Good point was a mini-fridge that actually worked. Don’t stay here.

The hotel was ok. Not worth what we paid. The best part was the pool. Not that the pool was anything outstanding. Just a pool. But my son enjoyed it. Our room was loud, next to the highway. The grab and go breakfast consisted of an orange, muffin, sad little heat and serve omlete, granola bar and a small can of cranberry juice. I can't eat eggs, my husband can't eat citrus, and our son would only eat the muffin. Plus they were short staffed so you had to call someone to come and open the "dining" room to give you your bag. They also only cleaned your room if you requested it ahead of time. I realize it is all COVID related but their website could have told us all of this. At least they didn't hassle us about our dog.
