I was totally shocked and extremely disappointed with this hotel. After a long drive all we want was a clean place to sleep. This was not that. The bathroom mirror had spots and stains all over the glass, the bed was a wrinkled mess, the ceiling was covered in water damage and odd blue fibers(so bizarre), the coffee pot had someone’s old coffee pod still in it, and all the coffee setups were open and half used.
The strangest part was earlier in the day an employee called me to verify my arrival time “in order to make sure they had a clear room” I found that odd because it was 3pm and I never requested an early arrival. So when we arrived at 8pm to this mess I was beyond confused. I have never written a bad review but this was so far beyond acceptable. 1 bone is being kind. Honestly, this hotel felt like the newly renovated La Quintas that we normally choose. Super close proximity to our day trip in Weston, and surprisingly stylish rooms!
