NO HOT WATER THROUGHOUT 1 NITE STAY = NO SHOWER/BATH. Extremely *rude* front desk guy hung up 3 times when I called about this! Not even an apology offered from Management nor refund. Don't suggest this place. Plumbing and water issues apparently an ongoing problem.

Hotel is dated (small shower and bathroom) but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. There are areas to walk your pet. Fine of an overnight for a road trip. They have breakfast, in room microwave and fridge which is nice. Odd thing is the rooms are carpeted which is strange for pet rooms, lots of smells and dogs want to mark. They would do a lot to remove the carpet. Turned on music so my dog wouldn't hear other people and bark so that work out fine after she settled in.

Although the facility looks dated, it was nice and clean. Not spotless, just clean. Very disappointed in the breakfast because there was nothing available for gluten intolerant customers.

Clean, great breakfast, really nice staff, super dog friendly (there was a fee). But it's tough to go above 3-bones given it's a repurposed Drury inn by the highway with the design flaw of a narrow front door. Also, our pooch is terrified of reflective dark tile floors, not really their fault!

Clean older hotel. Very nice staff. Complimentary coffee all night, other beverages up to 10 pm. Continental breakfast served individually to you during Covid. I wouldn’t give it a 5 Star based on rooms feeling too much wear and damp, muggy.

Booked room in January but could not get first floor room with king bed when we went in October. Also I have bad knees and could not find an elevator only stairs. Need to put older people with pets on first then. But it was very clean and quiet.
