Filthy room. Only 1 towel, bad bed covering and sheets.

Upon check-in the clerk had gone out for five minutes. Told me they didn't have any First floor rooms. I told them my wife had a bad knee and couldn't walk up steps. He put me in the older part of the Hotel. Only one person working the Desk. Room was ok except for the Bugs in the room. Airplanes flying right over the Hotel. Very noisy.

Reserved room reservation was readily received and honored. I wish it hadn’t been. Went to room. No phone. A/C missing all vents and LOUD. Bed sheet was stained. Waste water from other rooms backed up in our bathroom!!! There’s more, but just don’t stay here.

Customer Service was awesome. However, the room was average and needs to be kept more clean.

We stayed here twice. Felt safe walking my pet at all hours. Great location at an even better price! I sprayed the entire bathroom with Lysol, but only because I read some poor reviews online. We will stay here every time we make the same journey.
