  Short visit

  We were here for just one night, quick visit to Asheville NC. We had a nice room. People at the desk were very nice and courteous. The hotel was right at the outlets. Thank you!

  Great Location

  Need to really make sure your gps gets you to the hotel. Ours kept sending us to a area where they took out a bridge and left us scratching our heads trying to figure out where we were. Great hotel, great location and we kept our dogs with us when we toured both locations. Otherwise if we do go back to Asheville will stay there again.

  Great Location

  Perfect place to stay with my dog. The walls are a bit thin as I could hear the dog next dog shaking with his dog tags on collar and the breakfast I chose was just a biscuit which seemed to be a day or two old as I couldn’t even cut it with the plastic knife. Even with this I still give it 5 stars as it was perfect for my dog and me! ( I didn’t pick the place for breakfast, just a place to sleep with dog in tow) I will stay again!

  Really small bathrooms

  The hotel was clean but the bathrooms are super small. They put all the dogs on the first floor so if one dog barks, they all start barking. The free breakfast was not great, the orange juice had a weird taste. No closets in the rooms, they removed them and added in something that looks like it came from Ikea that is just big enough for a coat.

  Hard surface floors

  We traveled over 8000 miles across the USA. We looked for pet-friendly rooms with hard surface floors as they have fewer prior pet smells. This room was large with a sofa. Nice, clean, comfortable with the usual breakfast bar.

  Very clean with friendly staff

  We were very surprised at the accommodation especially considering the rate we paid. Worked well for our 100 lb Penny. Lots of green grassy spaces, convenient to restaurants which we could walk to.

  Great Location

  This was the perfect 1/2 way point on our way to Hilton Head. The room was clean, front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly. We met lots of other dogs during our overnight stay. Only thing we would change is queen size beds instead of doubles. But again the location was great in the parking lot lot of an upscale outlet mall. Clean comfortable room and hot breakfast with many choices (fresh waffles)! 🙌🏼

  Perfect solution to our visit

  Absolutely dog friendly, quiet and peaceful stay. More than enough grass around the parking area and 5 dog friendly places to eat within a short walk. Perfect!!!

  Excellent stay

  I was apprehensive after having such a negative time at another hotel. However, this hotel was great! We were in a first floor, at the end so it was quiet. My babies slept the entire night. They were very nice to us and our babies. Very clean and close to everything Asheville has to offer. Bonus, the bed was comfy as well. I will stay here again for sure!

  Comfort Suites was located at the Biltmore outlet mall, which you could walk or drive to. The outlet welcomed dogs inside each store. Close the the Biltmore Estate. Our room was on the first floor, convenient for walking our dog. Nice selection for breakfast each morning. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend, lots of people staying at the Comfort Suites, so seating for breakfast was often full.

  Clean, quiet and comfy

  Parking was right outside the door. There were lots of small green patches and bags placed around the property for our small mutt. Breakfast was just fine. Yes we’d recommend it. Oh, and the steakhouse they recommended had a good steak, service and discount bc we were staying at the Comfort Suites.

  Super easy!

  There were 5 of us with three dogs. We stayed one night but was impressed with the dog areas, the beds, the sofa sleeper and the amazing free breakfast. Would definitely stay again with or without “Fido.”

  Very nice stay

  The room was nice and clean, and there were very nice areas for walking the dogs. The pet fee was extremely reasonable in comparison to other hotels and there were plenty of other dogs in the hotel, so we felt pets were truly welcome. There were lots of restaurant options close by, an outlet shopping mall across the street, and many places nearby to walk the dogs on trails. We will definitely come back!

  Large, Comfortable Room and Good Location

  No complaints with our stay at Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall! The room itself was large with plenty of space to play a quick game of fetch with my 20-lb dog and work off some excess energy from our long road trip. There's plenty of grass surrounding the property for your dog to do her business. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the free breakfast until 9:30 a.m. was a plus. For human travelers, you're only about a 12-15 minute drive into the center of Asheville, so exploring the city's sights is easy to do. I would certainly stay here again.

  Clean room, great location for getting around the different areas of Asheville, down to Hendersonville, hiking, biking. Convenient breakfast offered each morning. Always well stocked. Attentive housekeeping service. I would stay here again.

  Staff was friendly, front desk clerk (7/15-16/22) was dog lover and helpful and kind. Hotel was very clean and modern, great breakfast, had a designated dog grassy area with lots of trees, and was located close to many amenities. We definitely recommend this hotel!

  Right off the expressway and plenty of space around the complex for your pup to relieve themselves. The outlet malls are adjacent to the property and its a nice area to walk your dog. They have a dog watering station with an area for your dog in the middle of the outlet mall complex. Plenty of places to walk to nearby and the rooms were clean. Great place to stay for you and the pooch

  Everything went according to plan here, and the breakfast was nice. Dog relief area out back was adequate for our small dog, the room was large with laminate flooring. We were able to take our dog with us to eat supper outside at the seafood restaurant right across the parking lot. Close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

  Sharky and I had the best sleep. The bed is so comfortable. Great breakfast and coffee. Everything in the room worked perfectly and was clean. Very friendly staff. Special shout out to Nate at the front desk who started our stay off right with his friendliness and professionalism. He went above and beyond. Can’t write enough nice things about this place. Thank you!

  Best pet stay ever!

  We travel a lot with our dog and this hotel was one of the best places we have stayed. Our pet-friendly room did NOT have carpet, which is the smartest decision I can think of for a hotel that allows pets. It was clean and conveniently on the ground floor for easy access to potty lawn. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was lovely. I would definitely go back.

  Super convenient for travelers. They were great with our pit mix. The room was clean and spacious with vinyl flooring and crisp linens. Well behaved dogs were allowed in the room alone. Plenty of things to do, see and eat nearby. The breakfast was just ok but all in all it was a very nice place to stay. The website says there’s a 50 lb maximum for dogs but I called the hotel and they are very flexible. The associate at the front desk told me they had a great dane the size of a small pony the night before. ;-)

  Comfy beds!

  It was a very pleasant stay. I’m always appreciative when I can bring my dogs. The only negative or input on how to make it 5 bones is the carpet in the hallway was extremely stained and yucky. That being said it didn’t smell bad, just looked gross 🤨

  We stayed this past weekend and it was a great place as far as dogs go! so many guests had their dogs. It definitely wasn’t the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, but I would stay again!

  Easy access to events, shopping, local points of interest. Convenient driving distance to a really nice local dog park along the river. Asheville is a wonderful city with small town charm. This hotel is in keeping with that welcome - for us and our dogs.

  We stayed here for a quick overnight. Friendly front desk and free breakfast were great. Beds are comfy and room was clean. No dedicated dog walking spaces outside but it suited us fine. A good value!

  Great for pets!

  We stayed two nights to attend a memorial at the Biltmore. It was perfect for our 80 lb baby. Pet rooms are first floor and easy access to outside. Loved the laminate floor - he likes cooler floors. There were renovations going on outside but we didn’t find it too noisy or problematic. The location is only 15-20 minutes from downtown and same to Biltmore. We liked the location. Would recommend for those traveling with pets! We’d definitely stay again.

  We arrived during Coronavirus restrictions. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Our two large dogs were happy, too!

  Dogs were a non-issue

  Our dogs were basically ignored during our visit, except for a hello or greeting by other guests. We took the dogs to the lobby while our room was cleaned. Everyone at this hotel was super nice to us and our dogs. I highly recommend it. A good value for your money.
