I accidentally arrived to my Airbnb a day early. Whoops. DoubleTree to the rescue! My pug, Calvin, and I had a great stay. When I was loading my car, sweet Aleah at the front desk held Calvin so I had both games and Calvin didn’t have to ride the elevator again. Very accommodating, so kind.

    Great hotel!

Loved this hotel! Couldn’t hear any dogs ever barking. Very clean inside and out! Love that they have a restaurant on site. Super close to the Biltmore. Look forward to staying here again!

    Perfect Hotel

This hotel is absolutely perfect for an Asheville vacation with your pup! It is located just around the corner from the Biltmore Estate and Biltmore village. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. we stayed in a suite on the first floor and had plenty of room and an outdoor patio leading to the garden area. They have at least two pet relief areas that I saw with Poo bags. There are also plenty of other grassy areas around the hotel, including a decent sized field we went out and played in nightly. There is also a Starbucks across the street if you need a pup cup.

Great location (not right off the interstate but in the middle of the area near Biltmore) for us. We were just traveling through town on a 1000 mile road trip. Really nice front desk, got us rooms next to each other and on the first floor close to a door. Nice quiet place to walk the dog in back packing lot. Not inexpensive but very lovely.

This hotel is in a great spot for local shops and eatery. The hotel is connected to T.G.I. Friday’s which was delicious. They have a hot breakfast for $15 and a Continental breakfast for $11. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful garden area, the pool and hot tub area were clean and fun! The hotel is very big. They do have small areas for doggy business. Everything was great however the room we got was damp, the floor and bed both felt wet and the shower had a constant drip. Would still stay here again.

    Absolutely wonderful!

This was the best place we could have chosen for our holiday weekend with our fur babies. Location is fabulous. Hotel was excellent- the staff are warm and inviting to both animals and their humans! It was clean, comfortable and stress free from check in to check out. We will return whenever in the Asheville area.

Stayed here with two large breed dogs. The hotel is in a convenient location. Clean, the room was in good shape. A lot of dining options nearby. The hotel has several areas for walking your dog.

I was on the road for 28 days and this was by far the very best place we stayed in. Would stay there again without a doubt. Great location for the dog!

    Close to Biltmore

We were able to get a last minute reservation in peak season. The only available room was 2 double beds, a bit small but doable. We have 2 small dogs and they both got a milk bone from the front desk staff member. Friendly staff. Each room was sealed with a cleaned notice. There are no pet sitters service, though you can leave your pet in the room. We take ours everywhere. The rooms desperately need a face lift as it’s not the typical modern double tree but you do get the warm cookies. They offer made to order omelette station. Not included, there are plenty other breakfast options in the area. Face covering required when in the building. This time of year many hotels sell out quickly. Overall it worked for us.

Great location, friendly staff, and super clean rooms!

Our stay was great! The rooms were big, super close to the Biltmore entrance, and everyone was very friendly. The one downside (but not worth losing a bone over) is that breakfast isn't free. It's about ~13 a person, so keep that in mind. Overall it's fantastic!

    What Happened

This used to be our favorite stop while traveling, but this time it was lackluster. The whole hotel needs updating. A good cleaning would do wonders, such as the bathroom corners. There is inconsistent heating and cooling. The bed sheet corners would not stay in place. We won't be choosing the Asheville Doubletree again. For $250 a night, I would think it would be top grade.

    Great Customer Service

BringFido was more than helpful in booking us a reservation while we were seemingly stranded evacuating from a Hurricane. I can’t express how easy and seamless they made the process, in what was a super stressful situation. I wish I remembered the lady’s name that helped us, she was 5 star!!!

The Place To Stay In Asheville

Super location, friendly staff. The only thing that could be any better would be a dog relief area. Plenty of grass though and a clean pretty property.

    Great experience!

This hotel was so pet friendly! We stayed over July 4th weekend and there were so many dog guests! Plenty of grass and a great little trail behind the hotel. Will most certainly stay here again. We love Asheville!
