External Living | 25m² Heated Pool, charcoal BBQ & heated Spa Whirlpool

Experience outdoor living at its finest at Athena Villa. The 25m² private heated pool (with extra fee, 1,40m depth) is surrounded by a sun-soaked terrace with four sun-beds, umbrellas, and lush lawn areas, offering stunning horizon and countryside views. Cozy seating areas invite you to relax, while nature’s beauty envelops the villa. The shaded pergola features a built-in charcoal BBQ with an outdoor sink and a spacious dining area, perfect for alfresco meals and evening gatherings. Athena Villa is a paradise for families, offering a private playground complete with a slide, seesaw, and an assortment of toys and balls to keep the little ones entertained for hours. For even more fun, the shared play area between the three sister villas boasts a swing, a children’s climbing rope, and a ping-pong table, ensuring kids of all ages are never short of activities. Sports enthusiasts will love the nearby multi-sport court for basketball and football, with sports equipment available on request, so you can stay active and engaged during your stay. Plus, with secure parking for one car within the villa's premises, convenience and comfort are always at your fingertips. An EV-charger for electric vehicles is also available.

Spread across two floors, the villa features an open-plan living room with a cozy large sofa, a 55” Smart TV with satellite reception, and a charming fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance and seamlessly connects to the indoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is right next to the living room and is perfect for enjoying family meals and gatherings. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests total—four in two comfortable bedrooms & two on the spacious living room sofa. Athena Villa has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms across two floor, while the bedroom upstairs opens onto a beautiful balcony offering a 4-seater heated spa whirlpool with serene countryside views, making every morning a peaceful retreat in this idyllic Cretan home.

First Floor | Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0,90x2,00), offering a 28” flat screen TV & access to balcony with comfy sitting area (countryside views) & a 4-seater heated spa whirlpool — the two single beds can be joined together to form a king size bed upon request • Shared Family Bathroom with bathtub.

Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby Cot, High Chair, Baby Stroller, Stair Gates, Baby Monitor, Baby Bath, Stove Safety Guards & Children's indoor and outdoor toys are available upon request.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 1 car • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Sandwich Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector, Safety Box, Fire Extinguishers.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.

- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 40€/every additional day.

- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.

- Pool Cover Option | A pool cover may also be provided upon request to support heat retention and heating control.
