Clean, places to walk dog.

Friendly staff, and hotel was indeed animal friendly. Unfortunately, due to a lack of carpeting anywhere in the hotel, including rooms, literally any human movement or chatter in the hallways outside of the rooms had our dog on high alert and barking. I finally managed to calm down our pup by stuffing a bathroom towel under the room door. Additionally, roughly half the room outlets were not live and the bathroom light switch was falling out of the broken sheetrock. Finally, the toilet seat was extremely loose on the unit but I was able to resolve it myself using tools from my vehicle. We really liked the room décor and found the bed very comfortable. I think this is a case of doing a lot of things right but missing the details that can adversely affect your stay. Perhaps we might have just gotten a well-worn room.

On all the years of traveling & recently taking along our pet this stay was one of the best experiences we have have encountered. From the initial inquiry with BringFido app, checking in to a very restful night. The icing on the cake had to be no carpet in the very clean room. Kudos to staff at Clarion Wake Forest NC.
