Helpful, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, warm shower, green space. A little outdated and could use an uptick in maintenance (overloaded outside trash can). Considering all things, I'd happily stay again at this very reasonable price.

Room was clean and felt updated. However, the air conditioning unit in the wall blew warm air rather than cold, so our room was far too warm. Another guest said they couldn’t get their unit to NOT blow cold air so they were freezing. Front desk had a fan, so we ended up opening a window with the fan trying to pull cooler air in from outside. Front desk was apologetic, but nothing they could do since the hotel was full. Heads up that there is no elevator so if you need first floor make sure you call ahead. I understand there was recent renovations, and it shows in some ways, but hopefully they will be able to update the wall units.

The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and very clean. Service was excellent. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so the pool wasn’t open. It looks a little rough on the outside—there’s wind damage on some of the siding, but it’s the inside that counts and that is excellent. We had no issues with our 70 lb pit bull. They gave us a ground floor room near an exit. We had a good two night stay. I recommend this hotel!

Safe Stay: Alliance Hotel and Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
