    Disappointing

Was a bit challenging to find. We intentionally booked this for the indoor pool (my 9 and 7 year old kids were excited) and after check-in found out the pool was closed.

    Nice stay

Great to deal with! Very accommodating! We have 4 dogs and they gave us a king suite so the family could be together!!!! Great customer service! Thank you.

This place needs a lot of work

The place was in disrepair starting with the broken automatic front door, which was very heavy and required that you open and close it without a handle. The safety lights in the hall, in case of fire, were hanging by a wire in two different fixtures. The tv didn't work and the room was about 85 degrees when I got there. I had to turn on the a/c and open the window. Even though it was -12 degrees I had to keep the window open most of the night. He gave me another room when I complained and that one was even hotter, so I stayed in the first one. The mirror had spatter on it and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The guy was nice but there was no special treatment of my dog. He seemed kind of afraid of my lab, who is very sweet. I chose this place because of Fido good reviews and location, but, I would not recommend this place.

    Long overdue for an update

Friendly staff, but very tired hotel. Updates long overdue. Worn out linens, carpet, fixtures. Not worth the price. Staff seems busy working the hotel, but while all is kept functioning, they seem to be avoiding the funds needed to keep the property updated. I’d avoid the property if I had to choose again.

    Very helpful and friendly staff

This was a good overnight place with our dog. He was welcome in the breakfast area too. Staff were really sweet and helpful. Only thing is they were not masking, even though the description said it was mandatory for them.

    Awesome night staff!!!

We stayed here twice on our trip to and from Dallas with our dogs. I didn’t catch her name but the lady at the front desk was so helpful and attentive to our needs! It seems like the pet rooms were on the third floor but there’s an elevator you can use if you have a lot of luggage or in our case. an elderly dog. The rooms were very clean! There are two grassy areas on either side of the hotel with trash bins close by. We’ll definitely stay here again.

    Clean, Comfortable and great Location

After staying at some rundown places on our road trip, we were so glad to have a clean, comfortable and updated place to sleep. It was close to food options and highway. No issues with dog travel. The staff person I checked in with was very nice.

    Alright

This hotel is pretty old but quiet. The carpet in the room was pretty old and ugly with lots of smells. Pet rooms are on the third floor which was hard with a dog who is afraid of stairs and elevators. There was a lot of construction going on on the outside of the hotel and not a clear area to take pets to potty.

Appreciate that they are pet friendly . . .

Location is odd - amongst empty strip malls 🤷🏾‍♀️ There is a paved walk along the creek for great pet exercise. Night staff was gracious, AM staff was MIA - long conversation with “friend” in parking lot and cigarette break with many phone calls unanswered. Several things were not repaired - most notably the first floor elevator button which caused us to walk more flights of stairs than necessary.

    Got the job done

Quiet and clean well-keep room that provided us a place to set down for the night. Unfortunately we got put on the third floor which was a little tough with the pup. Also, entrance for dogs is on the side of the building which was fine except there was major construction going on in the parking lot while we were there so a bit tricky to access. Finally, as we were packing up to leave in the morning our hotel room lock had a major dysfunction requiring keys from a hotel employee and some manpower to get the door open again (our stuff was inside so that was a little nerve wracking. Everyone was very gracious.

    Great place

Place is older, but very nicely maintained. Huge complex and it seemed all pet travelers were in same area which is a nice bonus. Clean rooms, lots of grass space, but pet owners need to pick up after their pets. Poop bag stations would probably help with that.
