Sandy beaches can be reached within 11 miles where you can experience the delights of the coastal villages. Alternatively, spend a day in the city of Norwich, 9 miles, with its cathedral, museums, theatres and a vast array of cafés and shops. Please remember, if you require the 8 man boat launch, please advise Mr Barrett when you contact him 14 days prior to your arrival. This is so he can put you on the insurance. Between November - March, there is a £100 security deposit, and £100 hire charge on the boat launch, payable by cheque in advance.
The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
There is open water in the property grounds.
This property has a security deposit of £100 if the boat launch is required.
