Loved dual access room with parking space included. Though our girl Holly JoyJoy loves riding the elevator she was jazzed to have a private exit to/from our room on the ground floor. Staff were superb, nice amenities, plenty of parking for trucks/trailers. Only drawback was limited pet relief areas but we managed. Would definitely recommend.

This is a convenient location and a super friendly, clean hotel. The reservation didn’t note a pet but they were able to accommodate us. Ended up requesting a ground floor room and they were so kind about making the change for us. We will be back.

This place only got four bones for us due to the fact it has very small dog area. The day we arrived it was 111°. The small patch of grass was not enough. It wouldn’t take much to enclose a small pan and even put artificial grass in. With that type of heat it was too hard to even walk around because I was afraid my dogs paws Woodburn. The hotel is clean. The staff is accommodating.

The pet friendly rooms are on the second floor and there was no easy access elevator to our room from parking, making hauling luggage and kennels a chore Also the rooms are carpeted, which can present another challenge. I woke up with flea bites. Although it was a warm night, we had a really heavy rainstorm and the window seal leaked water all over the floor. We had to sop the water up with towels during the night. We reported this problem at check out. There isn’t much grass for pets to do their business either. I have more granite sand areas which were cleaned up well, but less enticing during hot weather for pets. The staff we encountered were super friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was comfortably large and had adequate amenities. Walls were very thin and we heard neighbors and youthful hallway noise until Midnight, even though we stayed on Sunday night. Too bad, as we have had good experiences at other properties of the same brand.

The front desk staff member Kevin was great. Extremely helpful and responsive even though it was busy. No issue with the reservation and both pets accepted no questions asked (cat and large dog). Great breakfast and wifi worked well. Room was very clean. Location was in a nice area and near good places to eat. The strip was about 20 min away. Bark park was nearby (15 min) and is awesome. Highly recommend.

This front desk was amazing, we arrived and where greeted with service and amazing attitudes from all the staff! My fiancé and I and our two dogs( medium and large dog) were traveling through and had no issues at all with checking in, the stay and the check out! Stayed one night at Holiday Inn Express while doing a 3 day drive to Utah. Chose them because they were pet friendly and didn’t charge extra for my small dog. The positives: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to get a room on the ground floor so bringing all my items from my car was more convenient., the bed was comfortable, they use J. R. Watkins products , and the breakfast looked good (I didn’t have any) The negatives: the shower products were empty, the carpet was dirty (could not have been vacuumed), the bathroom floor was dirty, it took awhile to get hot water in the shower, the block out drapes didn’t go all the way across, they have a HBO guide out but no HBO on TV and the room was by a exit door which slammed every time someone exited or entered.

The hotel and rooms were very nice. We were moving out of state with our 2 large dogs and needed a placed to stay for a couple of nights after selling our home. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. They had plenty of space for your pet to relieve itself, but they did not provide pet waste bags so make sure to bring your own. I even took my pups for a couple of trips around the hotel for a short walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I drove from SC to CA because we’re moving. We stayed at a handful of dog friendly hotels on our trip and this one was by far the best! The room was huge and super clean. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Once we settled into our room we kenneled our two pups and walked to the sports bar next door. It was really nice be able to relax and not be stuck in the room eating fast food like every other night!
