Asked for non-feather pillows. Had to call manager (answer no). Attendant not the most informed (or helpful). Accommodations quite worn, but the room was nice sized and clean. Room had a very comfortable chair (unusual, but welcomed).

Easy checking and friendly staff. Rooms need updating (rugs, walls and air conditioning unit). Really close to the highway so easy to get back on the road the next morning.

It's clean. It's a little dingy, it's a little old, it's a little worn. But it's clean, it's quiet, it's well-maintained.

This hotel is extremely hard to access as it is on the corner of a divided road at a traffic light. There is minimal parking. Has a 4x4 ft area of grass that is obvious. Very bad for taking dogs outside as very busy roads. Holiday inn up the road is easier to get to and has more grass, but I don’t know their dog policies. Extremely limited breakfast, but there is an iHOp up street in walking distance. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Was given key to wrong room in middle of night however. Price is good point.

While waiting for repairs on my semi, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and the friendly atmosphere. Also I had my two shepherds with me and the staff remained pet friendly. Quiet and comfortable stay. Restaurants all around. Tara was great!

The place looked nice. Staff was friendly. Plumbing made a lot of noise. TV did not work, and we found a cockroach. No place to walk the dog.

The price was right but the room wasn't. First of all the room was on the second floor which is never convenient when you have to carry a large crate up there. Granted it was a light weight crate but a large crate is still large even when folded. Second the main stairway was open (i.e. no risers) and our dog doesn't like that. The room was small. It was barely large enough for two people, a large (72 lb) dog, plus a crate. There was hard to navigate around the room when the dog was out of the crate.

In Room 41, we were greeted by a bathtub full of dirty water, a leaking sink and a pull-out couch much smaller than advertised which, in addition, could not be used without blocking access to the bathroom and the exit door.
But what broke the camel's back was the ants that swarmed over the room about 20 mins after we arrived. The night clerk very graciously and quickly moved us to an interior room (5) which he said was an upgrade. He also provided an extra blanket we requested.
Room 5 was a nicer room, very clean, with carpet and a large bathroom, but no couch and the beds were smaller. It was very cold. The heat worked for about 30 mins and then quit for the night. We were too exhausted to move so we slept in our coats. All became clear as we left the next day, not very rested, when we saw a big sign on the top of the hotel advertising for a hotel maintenance technician. For the record, they provided a light breakfast with good coffee. The beds were comfortable.

No complaints, location was great, our room was spotless, staff was very friendly. We arrived after dark so we weren’t sure about the neighborhood but we felt safe in our room. Although there are some rooms that cot right onto the parking lot, our room was just past the lobby so easy in and out with our dog. We didn’t take advantage of breakfast but it was available.
