I try to stay at dog-friendly hotels even though I have an all-access service dog. Comfort Inn hotels charge a pet fee for service dogs and do not allow access to the breakfast area, even though this is against the law. The room was fine, there is a fairly large field for dogs to roam. But service dog owners beware!!

We have been there before and were disappointed this time cause there was nothing for breakfast not even a small bag with a few snacks to go. We pay the normal price no discount, more than last year and they tell you they will have tea, coffee and hot chocolate at 7:00 am, quite cheap to us.

We spent one night at the Comfort Inn in Binghamton, and it was very comfortable. Our dog was welcomed without question and the $15 pet fee seemed reasonable. The king bed room was spacious and very clean. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at all times, but unfortunately because of the COVID 19 virus there was no breakfast buffet available. Large grassy area behind the hotel, but I couldn’t find a pet waste station. Walked next door and got a delicious pizza for supper. We would definitely stay here again.

Very satisfied with room cleanliness and was spacious.
Back area for dog had lots of room to run around. Our Romeo loved being off the leash for a little while. Our only reason why it wasn't rated 5 bones was that breakfast was supposed to be available 6 a.m onwards. We packed up and left at 7 am and no breakfast to be had. Clean, modern and dog friendly. Housekeeping staff consisted of dog lovers, staff overall were amazing. We definitely will stay here again! Our pup likes it as much as we do!
