Upon check-in, the manager told us they only had one pet room available and that it would smell “musty” but it was because they had just shampooed the carpet. When we got to the room it smelled like my dog when he is wet and needs a bath. We had no other options so we held our noses, cut our stay short and left the hotel first thing in the morning. Very unpleasant stay.

Check-in was confusing and disorganized. They forgot to charge for the pet so I paid cash then they questioned me on it at check out. Not a problem but part of the disorganization. Room was semi clean- there were black hairs in the bathroom and on the comforter. Window was wedged open about 1/4 inch on one side = enough to hear ambulances all night long. No hot water. Small details like the blinds cord detached from the wall. Bed was comfortable but we were awakened by a loud group at 3:00 am. They did not take my reservation I made through the Fido app (I keep checking to make sure I don’t get double charged). Would not stay here again.

Our dog and his humans all slept well in our room in Monroe, Ohio. Also highly recommend Richard’s Pizza for dinner.

We had several members of our family stay here. Two of us had dogs. The rooms were old and run down. Even worse they were dirty. There was hair in the shower and a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain bar. I was glad to be able to have our dogs with us but will look for something different next time.

The room was clean. Good place to stay for people with pets. Continental breakfast wasn't great but a McDonald's is beside the hotel so it still worked out!

The location was a very convenient place right by I -75 and nearby close to an outlet place for shopping. Also the facility was great with a free breakfast or an easy way just to walk to a nearby McDonald’s. Also the motel associates were very very cordial and our room was a great place to sleep with a night light in the bathroom and the right time on the tv shutting off and on with a great picture. And the room was new with furniture and real clean.
