Not a lot of places for walking a dog, although there is a sort of limited gulley/path in back of the motel that our dog seemed to enjoy. I'd say for dogs it's probably a better place to stay than for people. Because the room wasn't great: TV didn't work and no one ever came to fix it, two of the lamps didn't work (and didn't even have appropriate hardware to turn on), water never got hot enough in shower/bath, bed wasn't comfortable, clock radio set for incorrect time and unable to change time, electrical outlets underpowered perhaps because sparks flew and connection didn't work when we attempted to connect two laptops. The physical layout of the room was nice and plenty of room. Nice to have both microwave and relatively large fridge. But absolutely the weirdest most awkward parking lot I've ever seen. If you visit you'll see what I mean.

This is a very nice accommodation for travelers & their furry companions. Right off US97, it is very convenient to access. The building and rooms are top-notch and look like they were recently renovated. Beds are very comfortable too. Unique in this time of Covid precautions, they serve breakfast items in a safe-access manner which is almost impossible to find anywhere else. My only critique, an admittedly minor one, is that the "pet area" is very small... that's it. We walked our dog around the building a few times for exercise and it was fine. I highly recommend the hotel for a great overnight stay and excellent customer service. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location for our long road trip. Hotel staff person was friendly and helpful. Pet relief area was hard to find due to lots of snow and ice but pet relief was not an issue here.
