Pipes broke but were luckily on 3rd floor above the damage. I asked 3 times for repair of hot water. Finally an engineer wanted to repair it. By then we had only 3 days left. So I suggested to do repairs after we left. The extra bedroom had hot water. Otherwise nice hotel and staff.
