Set in a beautiful, peaceful, environment. Pet friendly. Not to be left unattended. No fires in the pit as the fire danger is rising. . There is a short hike up to the yurt. Occasional sounds of shooting and 4 wheelers

The yurt has a 20ft circumference with two large screened windows (to keep the bugs out) and a screened door. Clear PVC covering is available for the windows when the weather turns wet and cold. Walkthrough:
There will be a tablet on the coffee table with walkthrough videos on how to get acquainted with the space. In-person and over the phone walkthroughs available on request.
Directions:
Device/phone navigation should get you there (address is 3590 Galbavy Dr, Missoula, MT 59804) but here are some written directions just in case: take Mullan Rd to Kona Ranch Rd, then left on Kona Ranch Rd. Kona Ranch Rd eventually turns into Big Flat Rd. Follow Big Flat Rd to Dry Gulch Rd, then left on Dry Gulch Rd. Follow the road up the mountain till it splits 3 ways, then take a left on Crows Roost Rd. Once you see the crows roost sign 100 yards down the hill, then take a sharp right on Galbavy Dr. You can see the Galbavy sign to the right while you're looking at the crows roost sign. Then follow Galbavy Dr until you see the road split off to the left. Park in the space on the right of the split across the road from the porti potty. Additional vehicles can go down the split to the left and follow that down to the barn and park in front of it. Avoid going straight into neighbors property
Getting around:
Unless you plan to walk a lot, you will need your own transport. Lyft (like Uber) is available at a small charge if you really have a desire to really get away from it all. The dirt road can get bumpy, so take it slow if you're in a car with low clearance. There is parking space for one vehicle close to the yurt, and additional parking in front of the barn 100 yards down the driveway from the yurt.
How to use the power bank:
There is a blue power bank that is located on the left nightstand by the queen bed. To use the regular outlets, press the AC button on the front of the power bank. To use the USB outlets, press the DC button. Turn off the power bank when not in use. Note: this power bank is suitable for powering lights and small electronics like cellphones, tablets, and laptops. It is not suitable for powering larger electronics. If the power bank runs out of juice, let us know and we'll charge it for you.
How to turn on the indoor lights:
There is an LED strip that wraps around the seam where the wall meats the lattice. To turn the lights on, ensure that the white extension cord next to the left nightstand is plugged into the blue power bank. Then ensure that the AC button on the front of the power bank is turned on. If the lights don't power up, grab the remote (it will be on the nightstand to the left of the bed). There is a tapestry that hugs the vanity mirror. Point the remote at the upper left corner of the tapestry (this is where the remote sensor is for the LED lights) and press the on button.
How to switch the LED color:
There is a remote for the LED light strip on the left nightstand by the bed. To change the color, point the remote at the upper left corner of the tapestry hung to the left of the vanity, and then press the desired color. White is the brightest color.
How to turn the outside lights off/on:
There is a string of solar powered lights that wraps around the outside of the yurt. These lights have their own power sources. To turn these off or on, toggle the switches on the 2 solar panels that are located on each side of the entrance.
How to use the sink:
There is a black foot pump on the floor in front of the vanity. Pressing down on it will squirt water through the faucet. Water for the sink is sourced from the 7 gallon glass jug to the right of the vanity. If you run out of water, let us know and we will refill the jug for you.
How to use the heater:
Use the heater at your own risk. Along the far wall of the yurt is a propane heater. Instructions are attached to the back of the heater. The heater has a built in carbon monoxide alarm and will shut off automatically if the levels get to high.
How to open/close the ceiling's glass cap:
There is an adjustment rod located behind the chair on the far right corner of the yurt. To open the ceiling's glass cap, use the hook on the end of the rod to latch onto the cap's hook and rotate the rod counterclockwise as far as you can go. To close the cap, rotate it clockwise as far as you can go. Even with the cap open, it will not leak due to the way it's designed.
How to open the windows:
To open/close the door window, from inside the yurt push the 2 tabs on the window and lift the window up/ down. To open/close the other windows, from the outside of the yurt roll the flaps up or down using the velcro. There are 2 flaps for these windows (one solid flap and one clear flap.
Using the coffee machine:
The coffee machine runs off the same power that the LED lights do. Before using the coffee machine, ensure that the white extension cord next to the left nightstand is plugged into the blue power bank. Then ensure that the AC button on the front of the power bank is turned on. If coffee machine doesn't work, try turning off the LED lights (using the remote) to free up some power.
Other notes:
The first aid kit is located under the sink. Extra sheets are located in the dresser by the bed. Cleaning wipes are located in the sink vanity.
