  No problem with the dog, BUT

  The room was in great need of redecorating; carpet was worn and smelly. The walls were dirty and in bad need of paint. Noisy party on Friday night. The best thing was the bed, very comfy.

  Room was awful

  Would NOT stay here again. Carpet was disgusting, tub didn’t drain, tv remote only turned on/off but the rest of the buttons didn’t work, only two bath towels and there were 4 of us, one of the two chairs was falling apart and the room smelled terrible of old smoking. There's a sign in the lobby that says “no refunds after 15 minutes“. On the plus side, a large grass area.

  It was the WORST place ever

  My dog in the first night found a viagra under the bed a dime someone’s old sock and a pink highlighter. Thank god I was in the room with her she could have gotten seriously sick or died because of the lack of cleaning of the room. There were also 5 plastic bottles under the bed. They didn’t come to clean my room for three straight days. I complained to the manager and he was the most arrogant man I have ever met. I would never recommend this hotel and if I were you I would take them off of your listing

  We stayed here for 2 nights. Pool & fitness center were closed due to COVID. Breakfast was available, waffles, danishes, muffins, oatmeal, etc. They had paper plates and encouraged everyone to eat in their rooms. With animals you do get an outside room out back, however everyone gets an outside room and the back allowed for not as much highway noise and access to grassy areas to walk the dog. Plus being on the ground floor is very helpful with pets and packing/unpacking car. We were able to park right outside the room. The room was acceptable, outdated but clean. The only rooms that are pet friendly are rooms with 2 queen beds. However, the queen beds definitely seemed to be full beds. They did use 4 small pillows but they were soft and we bring our own pillows anyways. We have a 80 lb lab so it’s very hard to book somewhere that is accommodating and high quality. Also great location for shopping, restaurants, and main roads for traveling. Staff was very nice and got me checked in quickly.

  2nd visit, the place is in need to be renovated, as promised with our last visit. No hot water in our first room, the phone was dirty and disconnected from the wall. It also was dirty. Our second room was better, but still felt unclean with COVID Around. TV needed help with connection. We were very disappointed, since we liked the place last time. 1st visit. We stayed for almost a week and was very surprised how comfortable and relaxing it was for the dogs and us. Everyone is friendly that works there. Plenty of area to walk the dogs. They need to renovate the whole hotel and we were told the plans for that are this winter. So I look forward to going back As of now though the beds were comfortable, but to warn you they use small square pillows (4) on the beds. The rooms were very clean.

  I was not pleased receiving a room on outside. I paid higher than other MOtels in area to have an bn inside room (Hotel), like I had the last time we stayed in this location.
