The people were outstanding for customer service. The rooms were perfectly set up for dogs. Everybody at this place catered to dogs and to people with dogs. Their customer service is totally unmatched by any other chain. Anyone going to Knoxville needs to stay at this hotel. Dog or no dog this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

The rooms were perfect for our animals with their crates. Traveling with animals for Jeff Corwin show. Rooms were clean, kitchens were great for preparing and warming food items. Staff was very friendly. It was peaceful and quiet. Would stay there again!

We traveled with three cats and a dog and this place did not bat an eye. Nice room with a small kitchen, big TV – everything we needed. Lots and lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside is that there is not much green space to walk your dog, Only enough to do business. Will probably stay here on our way back home.
