We stayed here one night and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. There were no foul odors or odd stains. It's clear that the hotel prioritizes a great stay for its guests. Would stay here again!

Let me start by saying this hotel was the cleanest dog hotel I have ever stayed at. The carpet didn’t smell or have stains, the room didn’t smell like dog odors, towels/bedding were clean and bed bug/flea free. The dog pet area was clean and free of poop which never happens, trash was empty and bags were there! Tons of surrounding areas for dogs to go. Close to food, off the highway and other hotels. The staff was friendly and they allowed my three small dogs with open arms. The indoor pool was nice and open.
Some cons were like other reviews the elevator is small and extremely slow, this was a very busy hotel with about 15 people waiting to use the elevator with luggage as this is close to the airport. We used the stairs and it really wasn’t an issue. The internet didn’t work while we were there. The pillows were flat, the hot water took about 5 minutes before it became hotter than lukewarm. They didn’t have shampoo in the room (if you use theirs). The parking lot is also kind of narrow and small so wasn’t really ideal for our trailer we were hauling. All and all, my family and dogs would most definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very nice and nice grassy areas, but we were put on the 3rd floor all the way at the end. They made it challenging to walk 2 dogs easily and with small elevators that were very slow and always packed with people.

Very clean room. Staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good, some drinks like chocolate milk were out but that was very minor.

We stayed here 5 nights. For the most part things were fine. However, during the entire stay only one elevator was working which made the wait very long. We were on the 5th floor so walking up was difficult with the dogs. On our last night the power went out and there was no hot water, limited air conditioning, and the one working elevator had stopped working. We checked out the next morning and the situation had not been rectified. Other then a person standing at the elevator to let us know it wasn't working, there was no communication from the staff.

We stayed here for two nights and we were so comfortable! The room was so spacious and we were able to leave our pup in the room while we explored Nashville. There were plenty of grassy areas around and poop bag stations as well. The dog fee was $75. We didn't ask for bowls or anything extra for our pup but we did notice some downstairs in the lobby! Would recommend to anyone travelling with or without a pup!

Sonesta Select will be the only hotel we will stay in whenever we are in Nashville. Front desk, thank you for your friendliness and helpfulness. Housekeeping room was amazing. Location was great. The most pet friendly hotel I've ever stayed in.

Even though this hotel was one I never heard of, it was a great place to stay with our pup, pups. Upon entering the lobby, the staff gave my Aussies treats and so much attention. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. We stayed on the second floor and when our pups needed to go out, the staff was always there to ask questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, nice free breakfast provided. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. Wonderful for pups, traveled with 2 medium sized dogs. Loved that bowls were provided as well as treats in lobby. Staff greeted pups so nicely when we checked in and throughout our stay, but with all the grassy area in the back I only wish they had a fenced in area for pups to run around but still a great stay would definitely recommend and definitely would stay again. Short 15 min drive into downtown for adult fun. Great walking trails and huge dog park nearby.

They changed my room upon arrival to first floor without me asking so it would be easier to tend to my dogs. I forgot a water bowl and they cheerfully gave me a styrofoam bowl. The staff was super friendly and they had pick up bags and disposal around hotel grounds.

My Great Dane and I loved the room, staff was dog friendly and location worked well for driving through from Ohio to Florida.
