Recently partially renovated in February 2025, the villa now boasts a brand-new heated swimming pool, a super luxury cinema room, arcade video games, a high-end outdoor kitchen (BBQ), and fully renovated bathrooms, offering an even more refined and enjoyable.

For some in-house fun, abundant amenities will please your most homebody mood. Check the state of art home cinema in the basement and snuggle on the plush sofa with your favourite person—or pet—by your side. With luxury seating and top-tier sound and visuals, this is an unbeatable setting for movie nights. Alternatively, you can hit the newly renovated heated swimming pool outside for amazing high-quality time with your beloved ones. In the morning, going for an invigorating swim is very likely to boost your energy and help you get ready for a beautiful day on the beach! The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
