plenty of room to move in side and out. fishing boating and crabbing at your back door
full use of pool, pool table a food ball table and make use of the fridge on the verandah to keep the drinks cold while you relax and take in the views of the river and sunset. Bring the cricket bat all ball and the footy ball because you are on an acreage and that means plenty of room for games.
