Description

This quiet, family-owned and managed resort on 60 acres with more than a ½ mile of private Lake Superior beach. Schroeder is midway between Duluth and Thunder Bay, near Tofte and Lutsen. The convenient location is ideal for folks wishing to explore the entire North Shore of Lake Superior. They have 12 cabins and 100 campsites: electricity, showers, and toilets.

Can’t wait to return
We spent 4 nights camping at Lamb’s with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. A beautiful spot on the North Shore of Lake Superior. Lots of room to roam around the campground, plus there are trails to the beach and along the Cross River falls. They have several dog clean up stations around the campground.
There are everything from tent sites up to full hook up sites for RV’s. Super clean bathrooms, shower houses and a great dishwashing station for the humans. There is not a dump station (if you don’t have a full hook up), but it was not a difficult drive to Silver Bay (26 miles down the road) to empty. We already booked a return trip for next year, to do more hikes with our pups.
