Kelly's Comfortable Quinton Home
Kelly's cottage is a quaint, quiet and cozy cottage surrounded by century old majestic oaks in a peaceful neighborhood community. The intimate, comforting feel of a mid 20th century brick rancher is like no modern home that you can find. Enjoy a cup of hot cocoa next to the bonfire in the spring and fall. Visit a long list of amazing local wineries, restaurants, microbreweries, Civil War Battlegrounds and a plethora of other astounding local attractions. Dog friendly with a spacious backyard.
Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a television for your entertainment needs. Through the hallway you'll find the three bedrooms, which include two queen-sized beds and a twin over twin bunk bed room, along with a full sized bathroom. Off of the living room is the spacious kitchen, containing any and all utensils/cookware for your prepping and cooking/baking needs, as well as a convenient half bath. From there, you'll find a second living room to enjoy with a television and a laundry room for you to utilize during your stay, as well as exercise equipment. We encourage our guests to enjoy the backyard which includes a patio and outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of things that you are welcome to enjoy. There is coffee for the regular coffee maker and K-cup pods, creamer, sugar etc. located in the drawer next to the Keurig. There are condiments, bottled water, salad dressing, spices and snacks etc. in the refrigerator and cabinets. There are plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets in the cabinets. There should be anything required for cooking and preparing meals. There is also a gas grill located outside the back door that you are welcome to use as well.
Bath towels, hand towels and face cloths located in the bathroom. Bedding for the sleeper sofa is located is the basket in the living room and there is an additional bed spread located in the master bedroom and additional pillows located in the master bedroom closet. Throw blankets are located next to the couch in the living room.
You will have access to the entirety of the home and property with the exception of two hospitality closets in the hallway.

Quinton is a small unincorporated community in New Kent County, Virginia, United States. It is located off State Route 249 in the Western portion of the county. Crump's Mill, Millpond, New Kent High School and George W. Watkins High School is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.

-Please set heat to 68 degrees in winter months and air-conditioning to 72 degrees in summer months prior to departure.
-Please keep all exterior doors/windows shut when HVAC is running to help keep house cool or warm.
-Trash cans are located behind house. Please dispose of all trash before departing.
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet, as we are on a septic system.
-Please strip beds and place all dirty towels/linens in the dirty linen hampers located in each bedroom.
-Please clean any dirty dishes and place in dish dry rack before checking out.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
