  Good price and location

  It's a good place to stop for humans, yet my fur baby had no close grass to check out. The room I had was large and clean. Yet it was sparsely furnished and had a weird room smell.

  Why is the roof green? Room was ok, there was a dead cricket by the stained chair. There were no Kleenex in room.

  Wonderful stay!

  Stopped in on the way to Vegas and this place is the real deal. I tempered my expectations before arriving as it was the cheapest option available, but they knocked it out of the park. The room was clean as a whistle, and the offerings for breakfast were more than I expected. Someone here has a knock for gardening as there were well-tended plants across the grounds. 10/10, would stay again.

  Good Budget Choice

  Great dog walking area under Pine trees in the back. Bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked. Won’t mistake it for a Hilton, but neither will your wallet!

  Just ok

  Room had 8 dead or dying roach-looking bugs of decent size upon opening. Towels scratchy, dog area lame, lots of cigarette butts. A few more roaches found by morning moving slowly toward dying. Breakfast was yogurt from Walmart. Every other option was packaged processed items. Host was nice.

  Decent room

  We stayed here for 1 night and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bed. Regarding dogs, they limit you to 1 dog under 80 lbs and have dog specific rooms. There was a slight urine smell when we walked in and come to find out a previous dog had peed on the bed skirt. Smell faded after turning on the air. Overall not terrible for $50 a night.

  I didn’t even want to give one but but had no choice. Front desk clerk not very friendly or helpful after traveling for hours. Would not recommend at all

  Stress-free stay

  No pet fee, places to walk dogs, ability to park right outside the door, laminate floors, comfortable bed. Grab n go breakfast. Older hotel, clean except for popcorn ceiling. Good value.

  Very Comfortable!!!!

  This place is awesome!!! Very clean and very comfortable, and very affordable! This was a welcome change to our experience the previous night, at a different city and hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with or without their pet. They did not even have a pet fee and allowed our 56 lb fur baby, no problem. Should we have opportunity in the future we will select this place again!!!

  Convenient location

  Convenient location right on 287. The room was perfectly acceptable for two people and two dogs, an older hotel with an updated room. The biggest issue was that there was little to no hot water available either the night we were there or in the morning. The pups had a great stay though.

  Would not stay again

  Overall, we would not stay here again given other options. After check in we inspected our bed as we always do. We found several large urine stains on our sheet, among other markings. I went back to the office and told the front desk attendant and requested new sheets, which she obliged but did not apologize. The room itself was a bit icky the more you looked, including dust hanging from the ceiling. There is not much grassy area for dogs. Check in and out were smooth, and they have no pet fee which was the only good thing about our stay.

  Welcoming and comfortable

  The owners were kind and welcoming when we arrived totally exhausted from a day on the road. The room wasn’t fancy but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a decent Tex-Mex place nearby, a good place for dog businesses and the breakfast was good.
