Place is nice enuff but see other comments about thin walls, noisy people next door, and we’d echo those complaints. It’s almost like they’re in the same room. It was hard to believe there was ANY soundproofing in the walls! Air conditioner was NOISY, REALLY noisy, and failed to cool the room. Lastly, we had NO HOT WATER the last morning and evening before! Front Desk folks were super polite and helpful during check in!

Location was good for our purpose. The directions took us in an unfavorable area. We needed to contact CS to find an address close to the hotel since the hotel was actually 2 exits away from the interstate exit in the directions.

Hotel needs work. Pool wasn't open the whole time we were there. The water was green. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told the maintenance man was waiting on shock. We saw him coming and going, but it never opened. The first morning, I took two half-pints of milk from the refrigerator, and when I poured it into a glass, chunks came out. I looked at the date on the container, and it was August 10. Unfortunately, that morning was September 1, over three weeks past the expiration date. Several guests left their dogs to whine and bark all day. Lucky us, we were next to one of those rooms, which had a door to join the two rooms together.
The people next door were extremely loud with a child that kept blowing a whistle. They blasted their TV all the time, and their dog cried when they left. The first night, one of the women put her phone on SPEAKER and yelled into her phone for over thirty minutes. I can repeat her call verbatim. Getting back to breakfast, one group of 12-15 went to the breakfast room and took over all the chairs and tables and descended like locusts on the food. They grabbed chairs from other tables, leaving no place to sit. The food that morning--what was left of it--consisted of ice cold scrambled eggs and bacon. Another morning was chorizo and eggs with potatoes slathered in cumin. The former looked like something a dog would eat.
The "business center" (Ha!) consisted of an incredibly slow computer that kept flashing "Your McAfee Virus Protection is expired!" and a printer that had a message stating "Several cartridges are missing." The room we were in had broken shower equipment (it was a roll in shower and the bar that lets the user put the handheld shower there) had been replaced with the piece left behind, and the lower showerhead had been removed, but the bracket was still glued to the wall. No bar soap was provided, only bath gel. The shampoo was low-quality Paul Mitchell. Furnishings were dated and dinged. The mattresses were lumpy.

All Employees were very kind and helpful. Two separate outlets in bathroom and neither one worked. Small area to walk dogs. Room was clean and good sized, had a refrigerator and microwave. Will stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel the front desk person told me they did not accept dogs o we 50lbs. I confirmed prior to booking this was not an issue, but she made it an issue during check in. After some back and forth, the front desk worker told me they could stay, but if they made noise we would be asked to leave. Very paranoid about that statement we did everything possible to keep our dogs quiet. THEN! The people across the hall from us decided to drink alcohol until 5 am while screaming and playing the TV very loudly. There was a party in that room that caused my dogs to go crazy and I was up all night trying to keep them quiet. I complained the next day and even took my dogs with me because I was afraid they would make too much noise. WELL! Saturday night the same group across the hall from me too their party to the parking lot. They had extremely vulgar music playing so loudly my 7 year old granddaughter and my two dogs were beside themselves. I went to the desk and complained to the same person who threatened to throw me out if my dogs so much as sneezed, and was told there was nothing she could do, but would leave it for the night auditor to watch. This loud music continued until 2 am when another guest complained. I went to the front desk when checking out and told the morning person what had happened. She was very apologetic, however, that does not fix the past. I would not recommend staying here.

I have worked in the hospitality industry so it is rare that I "gush" over a hotel - but I am for this one. Super staff, beautifully appointed rooms, reasonable rate, full breakfast and no pet fee!! Traveling with two dogs pet fees can add up quick, so finding a room this lush with no pet fees was like a surprise present! Staff also recommended local restaurants and attractions and were super helpful with everything. I would give them 10 bones!! :)
