Told front desk my name and that I had a reservation. Was told "we have no rooms." I had him check my name but nothing. I said I had paperwork showing reservation details and that I booked thru BringFido. He went to the back office and "found' my reservation. Checked me in even though he "had no rooms." Breakfast was a joke -- no coffee, stale bread for toast, no butter... sad.
