I dubbed this a "murder hotel." It just feels like bad things happened here. Attempted 2 different rooms and both were filthy. Nothing about this place felt safe. I ate a non-refundable fee and booked a place down the street.

This hotel is being renovated. The room we had was recently redone and was clean and shiny, lovely. Not much dog walking area, but was adequate. A bit noisy from the highway, but the facility itself was good. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Accurate info provided about the hotel made our stressful stay easy! We were already nervous about having 2 cats and a big dog and looking for a one night stopover on our way out of state. No fees, no issues, streamlined process! Will definitely be using BringFido again AND recommending!

I've long been a fan of the La Quinta chain, partly because of their dog-friendly policies, and I have stayed in many. But I am re-considering my brand loyalty after this experience. The hotel was rundown and offered few amenities - no microwave, no fridge, no water glasses, tiny room. But the "pet area" was the worst -a small patch of grass covered in dog poops. To be sure, the dog poops on the ground were the fault of inconsiderate customers who chose not to use the bags provided. But to have a good week's amount of effluvia just sitting there turned my stomach. On the good side, the bed was clean, the shower was hot, and the staff was fine. But I won't be staying there again.

When we first checked in, the carpet was visibly dirty and the prior Fido in the room had left a deposit. 3 bones are due to an upgrade to a new room and response of staff. Comfortable bed was the highlight.

This La Quinta is definitely one of the lower quality ones. For how cheap it is, it’s nice. Was passing through and needed a hotel for me and my two dogs just for the night and it did the job. Nice that it was walkable distance from some places to grab takeout from.

This hotel is nothing fancy. in fact there are places that it is rather outdated. those things aren’t important though (door, vanity, hallways). The bed is comfy. No charge to have 2 Great Danes stay with us. Front desk staff was wonderful! All in all for an overnight stay it was perfect.

- NajiDec 7, 2020Excellent Stop for a Quick Stay
Stayed here for one night in a King Executive room while driving through El Paso. Staff was polite and friendly, check-in/checkout took less than a minute. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge was large (about 36" high) and included a small freezer cabinet. Microwave worked great for reheating leftovers. TV included Showtime channels. Shower was hot with good water pressure. No breakfast provided during COVID but that's to be expected. Dedicated grassy spots for the dog to use. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. For $65 + tax it was an excellent deal. Only issue was the 20" TV is not really watchable laying in bed 15 feet away, and the screen was too dark. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm driving through!

Had to be in town for an appointment which turned into 2 days of medical junk. In dealing with all that we were able to quickly get a room which was both quiet and spacious with our 2 dogs.

I mean, how can a hotel exist with smelly rooms (we changed rooms twice to avoid the dank odor to no avail) dirty carpets, AC that doesn’t work and a terrible shower. Outside was sketchy and all in all a miserable experience. Not worth the $25-30 savings at another hotel that would have been nicer.

I booked through BringFido and everything went smoothly. Staff was great, room was fine for what I paid. I was traveling with a large GSD. There is an Applebee’s and Pizza Hut within 75 yards. Policy of hotel is no dog unattended in rooms so I had Applebee’s delivered which was a bit pricey but it won’t be an issue if more than one human is staying.
It’s close to IH10 but I didn’t notice traffic noise, I left tv on all night for background noise.
