Wolf Laurel Country Club has an award winning mountain, golf course that has the distinction of being the highest course east of the Mississippi River. Wolf Laurel Resort provides year round recreational activities including horseback riding, tennis, seasonal heated swimming pool, hiking trails, stocked trout pond with numerous creeks, event pavilions, children’s programs, and golf. The newly renovated ski resort Hatley Pointe has 80 acres of ski slopes and nearby tubing offers ample winter fun. Also, recently added was a 750 acre nature land preserve trust. Walking in on the main floor (2nd) you will immediately notice the gigantic, hand-crafted stone fireplace. The den will become the focal point of your stay, as friends and family enjoy the luxurious leather sofas which both pull out into a queen size bed’s) thick, warm rugs, and an 82” television. There are plenty of games, books, whole house Alexa sound speakers for music and television streaming services like Prime, Netflix and Hulu to keep everyone entertained. Entering the kitchen, all home chefs will be thrilled to find, high-end appliances like a (steamer, air fryer, slow cooker and popcorn machine) cookware and cutlery while also having the ability to use any of the home's three professional grills which include both, propane, and charcoal!

Upon entering the home’s foyer, there is a powder bathroom located to the right along with a mudroom and laundry room.

The master bedroom, located on the main floor adjacent of the main living, has a high-end, King Size, Sleep Number mattress, large television, walk-in tile shower, bidet, his & her sinks, makeup vanity, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable, Queen size mattress, large television, and closet with a window overlooking the front walkway which deer use as their daily commute route through the property.

Walking upstairs to the third floor, you will immediately find the small in-home gym atop the loft which overlooks the home’s fireplace, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows, providing unmatched long-distance views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This home gym comes with an elliptical, and a professional-grade NordicTrack Treadmill which comes with the in-home subscription/ coaching program.

Continuing into the bedroom adjacent to the gym, guests will find a cozy bedroom with 2 twin beds, another large smart television, a sizable closet, and a full tub and shower combination bathroom.

The first floor of the house, which is accessible via a staircase located off the main floor of the property leads down to another den, with a "cast iron stove" heater, smart TV, Queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen (second kitchen on the property), and yet another Master, Queen size bedroom with smart TV, private outdoor deck and it's own full bath/garden spa tub to soak in.

Located at 4832 ft above elevation this home offers fabulous weather year-round, during the summer heat, temperatures rarely exceed 75 degrees and winters offer beautiful snow-covered views across the mountainous range. Located in the heart of Pisgah National Forest, you will see large amounts of deer, turkey, and the occasional bear! With two creeks flowing on both sides of the home, you will hear the relaxing sound of falling waters throughout the entirety of the home's 3 -acre property. There is also an added bonus of an outdoor picnic table and campfire to roast s’mores.

The scenic Overlook deck is a great observation point to view the mountains and beauty of this area. The two large decks are equipped with an outdoor gas fireplace, bar top, and plenty of seating that will facilitate memorable experiences with family and friends lasting a lifetime. The home also has a hot tub and sauna overlooking the beautiful mountain views! As you soak in the hot tub you can hear the nearby streams as you enjoy the view!
