Lajitas Resort and Spa is the best kept secret in Texas! The rooms as well as the entire resort had the western style vibe. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. We ate at the bakery and pizzeria most of the time. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don’t mind having pizza for dinner. The breakfast tacos, coffee and pizza were excellent. The food and ambiance at the main restaurant “Candelilla” was awesome. The views from there are spectacular! We don’t golf however there are other activities such as zip line, horseback riding, swimming, and get a spa treatment. The staff was friendly and accommodating to dogs and humans alike. I would definitely go back!!
