WoodSpring Suites Fort Worth Trophy Club is a short-term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. The hotel features high-speed Internet, free parking, laundry service, and fax and copy service. The room amenities include air-conditioner, shower, satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and ironing board. The hotel rates are priced for a minimum one-week stay and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When the stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay for months, many guests staying less than one week find this place less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move-out depending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests.
