Best Western Plus in Sweetwater is a nice place. Easy on and off I-20. Dog friendly rooms have been recently upgraded to vinyl plank flooring. Large walking area with grass. Hotel provides breakfast and our pooched like a little eggs with her breakfast. For human food there is a cute and wonderful restaurant called Bucks that has amazing food. We ordered to-go and ate in our room.

The location is very good. Lots of restaurants near hotel. Lots of grassy areas for dogs. And they put pet owners on the first floor. I could go out and walk doggies without using an elevator and having to walk to doggie area. But no bags to pick up poop and there was poop left in the grassy areas. For humans however I was disappointed. Heat in room very erratic. Room was so cold when I got there. And I had to turn fan on all the time to try and warm it up. Eventually I was warm but then it got too hot for dogs. Final complaint: no hot water. I couldn’t shower because the water just didn’t get warm. Hotel checkin said that the rooms had been renovated. And the room was very nice. But they need to get hot water issue fixed. And I ran water for a long time. But loved it for pets.

Good value for the price, but nearby yappy dogs were an annoyance as the owners appeared to have left them unattended.

Staff was super helpful & friendly! Nice area for walking your pet. When we arrived we found out that there had been an error when booking the hotel through BringFido. Somehow the app defaulted to the day I made the reservation instead of the day I wanted. The manager was kind enough to use those funds (which had been charged for a room on the 23rd) for the room we actually needed on the 24th. Breakfast was good. Bed VERY comfy. Located close to many restaurants and the highway. Would stay here again if in the area and highly recommend it! :)

This best western has been the nicest one I been to. Nice and clean rooms, very spacious for our dog. Beautiful from the inside and very quiet at night. Nancy was very nice to us. She has excellent customer service
