WoodSpring Suites Tyler Rose Garden allows two dogs of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay, plus $5 per pet, per night. Well-behaved dogs may be left in the room unattended. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. Cats are not allowed.
WoodSpring Suites Tyler Rose Garden is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week another weekly rate is charged. However even though many people decide to stay with us for months many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean safe and economical environment.

Safe Stay: WoodSpring Suites Tyler Rose Garden has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Choice) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Hotel staff are required to wear masks.
