The only reason I’m giving it 2 bones is because it is easy on/off the interstate and because there is a good steakhouse a mile down the road.

The room showed some wear and tear, but was pretty clean. We stayed one night in late September and the room was full of mosquitoes. I’m sure the cleaning staff left the door open while cleaning like most places do. We ran to the dollar store for a fly swatter and after a short battle, we eradicated the enemy! The grounds were well lit, but the grass around the property was full of sticker burrs, so we kept the dogs on the pavement. There is a two story building and a single story building on the property. We were in the one story building, and it was pretty quiet. Some big trucks came in late, but it’s a hotel, so there will be noise. I would stay there again and would request a room in the one story building. We were able to park in front of our room and get the dogs in and out easily.

if I could give them -5 stars I would ! First room they gave me had a terrible smell, and pee stains on the mattress the second room had flies flying around the room and in the windowsill and more pee stains on the mattress I cut my losses and got out of there and drove to Pecos and stayed at the La Quinta Inn which was beautiful

Dog was welcomed & the have electric car chargers there. Not a real breakfast, but the view is nice.
