The hotel location was great, the room was clean and didn't smell like a "pet" room & it was on the first floor (so easy access to taking our older dog out to potty in the middle of the night), and the staff was friendly. Overall, a fantastic stop over on our family road trip.

Location was ideal -- lots of restaurants and shopping around the BW Inn & Suites. The room was decent, though the 3rd floor smelled like they were attempting to cover up the smell of smoke and the ice machine was broken on that floor as well. The best perk was there is a large field across from the hotel where you can easily take your dog off leash and play fetch. There is also a small pond with a walking path behind the hotel that is perfect for walks.

We were warmly greeted and had a comfortable stay. Room was a little tight for five people and two dogs but it was quiet and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great! The outdoor area was wonderful and near a park with a pond and walking path. Only removing one bone because of the bathroom - it had an odd smell, no hair dryer and only two bath towels for the five of us.
