This was an ideal place to stay. Recently updated and very comfortable. This is not in Glendale (as noted on VRBO). It's in Lake Balboa about 30 minutes away. However, it is right off I-405 and very easy to get to.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located hideaway. This is a beautiful modern, one bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood with FREE parking. This home is located right off the 405 freeway, a short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants! We are located about 20 minutes from the beaches and only 15 minutes from UCLA! Be in Malibu in about 30 min and Hollywood in 20! Perfect place for people who want to see LA but still come home to peace.
