  Clean, new hotel without any of the nice touches we have experienced at other BringFido affiliated hotels. Lawn area in part of older hotel being renovated, no "poop stations" to be found for making a deposit, no welcome treats. Room as fine but bed was very noisy - spring frame on a metal box that kept shifting. Breakfast was fine. Hope to find a better place in Emporia next time.

  Very clean. Friendly staff. Noisy building, you hear loud and clear every step of neighbors above. The free breakfast is really cheap, worth skipping. Bathroom needs serious rethinking.

  Nice Hotel

  Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was on the 1st floor which was nice and it smelled good! There was a rug on the floor which is not ideal for pets, but it was clean and so was the room. Bathroom was nice. Shower was OK. The mattress was hard as a rock. I like a hard mattress but this was really hard. Breakfast was the usual stuff, i.e., scrambled eggs, sausage, cold cereal, waffles, toast, yogurt, apples and oranges. Nice grassy area for the dog. Overall a pleasant stay after a long drive. Would stay here again.

  Going through renovations

  The location is not great if you’re looking for safety, especially if you have to take your pet out at night. You have to walk to get to grassy areas and there are some questionable characters around. The hotel itself presents well, the room looked nice and was clean. It smelled musty and mildew coming from the window heating/cooling unit. When I left the next day all of my items smelled like that moldy smell - gross. I asked the girl at the front desk if there was water for sale and she said their machine was broken.

  Sleep Inn is the best!

  Carpeting, granite counters in the bathroom, nice eggs for breakfast, and a very quiet room. We never heard any other guests in the hallway or next door (and the hotel was very full).

  Nice staff, older hotel, had problem keeping AC on for more than 5 minutes, but otherwise sufficient.

  Perfect Stay with 2 Pups!

  From check in to check out, everything was perfect. We were greeted with a smile and fast service and offers to answer any questions. Our room was well appointed and comfortable for a good night's rest. The bathroom was nice, the walk-in shower was a surprise treat. Breakfast was very nice for an included perk. Eggs, sausage, fresh-made waffles. yogurt, muffins and coffee. Lots of choices! The room was quiet and exactly what we needed to get a good night's sleep after a very long day on the road. We will definitely chose Sleep Inn again!

  Not good or bad

  Decent facility, yet 4th floor smelled; apparently from noncaring pet owners. Outdoor pet area was very small/limited.

  Good hotel but...

  I changed my reservation date through BringFido and they only had the cancellation on record, not the NEW reservation, even though I had a confirmation email. Fortunately they did have a pet friendly room.

  Great location, dog friendly

  Sleep Inn Emporia was easy off/on from I-95, great proximity to fuel and food. The staff were very welcoming and kind to our dog! The room was comfortable and plenty of space, especially for our large dog. A great experience! Thanks to all!

  Would not recommend

  The hotel was extremely run down and the dog floor was full of smoke and worn carpet. Our non smoking room reeked of smoke and we hotel guests were extremely loud. We checked out at 3am it was so bad. Would never go back or recommend.

  Easy off and back on the I95 highway

  Great stop for a rest, everything you could need conveniently close. Everyone was nice and plight and quick, even the elevator to the fourth floor where the dogs and the smokers stay. Only smoke smell in hall nothing inside the room. We would stay here again.

  Room was nice

  The room was nice and clean. The AC wasn’t working properly and although it was a no smoking room it smelled of smoke ( not necessarily there fault. But.... Also the green light from the smoke detector (which was directly over the bed), was flashing all night long. I would’ve called the desk. But we checked in late, and didn’t feel

  Dog gone good place

  The hotel was clean and smelled nice, my room was the same. The only thing that was a little difficult was that I was on the 4th floor so running my dog out to go to the bathroom was a little inconvenient, being on the first floor would have been better. Other than that it was a great hotel.

  Great location and staff

  Very nice hotel, very close to 95 and easy to get in and out of. Front desk staff was super nice and checked us in/out super quick. Large room and quiet place to stay. Highly recommend

  Very nice hotel.

  We were pleasantly surprised with our room at the Sleep Inn Emporia. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy. The room even smelled nice and fresh. Our only complaint, when I made my reservations I asked for a ground floor do to having dogs with us. The management informed us that the top (4th) floor was reserved for smokers and travellers with pets. Our room was a non smoking room, thankfully.
  The included breakfast was also a nice surprise. We plan on staying again at the Sleep Inn Emporia on our next trip to Florida. Very much recommended.

  Awesome!

  We loved it. Clean, spacious room, new bedding, lots of TV channels. Extra $15 for Vinny but we didn’t mind, it was worth it. Breakfast was really good. Super stop on the long Jersey-Florida drive where accommodations can be pretty sketchy.
