Guests have complete access to our entire property during their stay. This includes all amenities, outdoor spaces, and free onsite and street parking. Self check-ins are simplified with our smart lock, adding convenience for late or independent arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
At a quarter of a mile to the Bentonville Historic Downtown Square, you won’t need a car to explore many area attractions. Hop on the bike or simply walk to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, and numerous trailheads. Bentonville is also the corporate home of Walmart, which is within walking distance of the property. But guests visit for many reasons!
The many visitors who travel here come to experience the gorgeous scenery of the Ozarks, challenging mountain biking trails, and renowned art museums. Take a walk on the Razorback Regional Greenway, a beginner-friendly urban trail system, or for the more experienced riders, hop over to Slaughter Pen, All-American, or Coler Mountain Biking Preserve, all within a half mile to mile of our home.
When it's time to take a break from biking or sightseeing, Bentonville offers a plethora of museums, attractions, and dining options. Learn about the area's former inhabitants at the Museum of Native American History, or get your art fix at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. If you're in the mood for live music, the Momentary holds concerts on their outdoor stage, so grab a blanket and a picnic, relax on the green, or dance the night away. Your rental is a quick trip to the Peel Museum and Botanical Gardens, where you can see what life was like for families in the area in the 1800’s.
Bentonville is the birthplace of Walmart, and yes, you can visit the Walmart Museum to get a look at the history of the company through exhibits, Sam Walton’s original 5&10 store, and a soda fountain.

Most guests have a personal vehicle, though Uber/Lyft/taxis are available. Parking on-site is private and free. The closest airport is Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA), a 21-minute drive from Bentonville.
