Located steps from the water on an oceanfront property, this dog-friendly cottage duplex can accommodate 2 guests in 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The property features a large living room sofa, dining tables, and fully-equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include a private, furnished deck with lounger, two chairs, table & umbrella, and shared grassy space for Fido to enjoy. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler available. Access to a large, shared outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool. Located on a quiet residential street on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd with no streets to cross. The cottage is less than 1 mile to Publix, and is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops.
