- AlexisOct 18, 2019Unsafe dirty hotel - DO NOT STAY
Upon checking in the man at the front desk joked that a dead body was found in one of the rooms. Trust me, this is not the sort of establishment that you want to hear that! It's creepy, filthy dirty, and there are "strange transactions" going on in the parking lot late at night. It also appears that there are people living in the motel. I had someone unlock and open the door to my room at night. Thank god the door was latched and I had moved a table in front of the door. The phone in the room did not work when I tried to alert the front desk.
The man that I spoke with at the desk handled things very unprofessionally and was hostile. He also accused me of lying about someone trying to enter my room. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night because I felt unsafe. They denied my refund request.
DO NOT STAY HERE. This place should be shut down.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. There were FLEAS IN THE BED, upon my complaint I was moved to another room that also had fleas in the bed. It took me HOURS and numerous phone calls to receive a refund for the night I didn’t stay (because there were fleas in the bed). On top of all that the manager still refuses to refund the pet fee for the night I didn’t stay. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay at this unclean hotel. And FYI: my dog takes monthly medication and has never had a flea on her until we went to this hotel NEVER!
