Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Our room was comfortable and clean, and since it was on the first floor with an outside door, had easy access to the walking area. Good hot breakfast. On the south end of town, with easy access to I-90 to get back on the road early.

Good stay for the pets and family!! Good location. Room had an outside door so it was kinda chilly.

I will begin with the positive, which was that there was a large grassy area for the dogs to potty. However, there were no bags or trash cans anywhere to be seen. The negatives: where do I begin? When I made the reservation I was given the number of the two rooms we would have. When we arrived we had to show our confirmation numbers because they moved our rooms. We asked for at least one with an outside entrance to the room, which we did end up getting. However, the key did not work on the outside door, which the staff said happens when it gets hot and there is nothing they can do. Not sure what the good in an outside door is if that is the case. Also, the deadbolt did not work on the outside door either. There was lot of noise upstairs. The rooms smelled and were dirty. The linen on the one bed was torn. The staff was not helpful. For all this the rooms were way over priced. I doubt if we will ever stay in a “Quality Inn” again.

One of the best rooms we stayed in on our cross country trip. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
